Trail-Buster® Products Manufactured By P-K Manufacturing Corporation P-K  Manufacturing Corporation manufactures a full line of Dozer Blades and Box Scrapers designed for snow removal, turf grading and leveling.  Trail-Buster® Dozer Blades and Box Scrapers are designed to fit utility/lawn tractor units such as the Marty "J", Zipper, Grazer, Dixon, Dixie Chopper, and the John Deere Gator; and ATV units such as Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki and Yamaha.

 

TRAIL-BUSTER® BOX SCRAPER BLADE:  1/4" thick steel x 2" wide x 41-3/4" long. MOLDBOARD:  10 gauge steel designed, formed and welded to maximize scraping.  Equipped with welded reinforcement member. HITCH:  Heavy duty welded steel construction bolted to main weldment. SIDE PANELS:  Heavy duty 3/16" thick welded steel construction. Designed to safely transfer the blade load through to ATV/Tractor. CONTROL:  Supplied with enclosed toggle switch, cable and split-loom cover. ACTUATOR:  12 VDC electric powered with heavy duty acme screw drive system.  Equipped with thermal overload protection for motor.  Motor is weather protected. WHEEL ASSEMBLY:  Pneumatic rubber tires, solid steel actuator shaft with ball bearings.  Trail-Buster® Straight Blade Sturdy front and center mounting brackets with unique "pusher" frame.  Spring-loaded blade pivots when immovable objects are encountered.  Straight cutting edge penetrates tough snow conditions with less wedging.  8" or 12" - 12 volt stroke linear actuator.  Easy hook-up and removal.  Trail-Buster® Straight Blade is available in 4'2" and 5'4" sizes.   Trail-Buster® Back Blade Straight cutting edge, easy battery hook-up, 8" or 12" - 12 volt stroke linear actuator.  Trail-Buster® Straight Blade is available in 4' or 6' sizes.
